Jenna Midura
Co-President
Jenna Midura is a senior marketing and sport management major from Norfolk, MA. She is beyond excited to serve as one of WiB’s co-presidents for this year! During her freshman year, she joined WiB as a general body member and instantly fell in love with the club. She served as the Social Media Chair during her sophomore year and the Recruitment Director during her junior year. Jenna has also been a Social Media Intern for Isenberg since her sophomore year. This past summer, she was a game day operations intern for the Valley Blue Sox, a summer collegiate baseball team in the NECBL based in Holyoke, MA. Jenna’s favorite part about WiB has been becoming a part of such an amazing community of empowering women who have been supportive and inspiring since day one. Through WiB, Jenna has created lifelong friendships, developed her professional skills, broadened her network, and so much more. Jenna loves to travel, watch and play sports, and spend time with family and friends. Jenna is beyond thrilled to be given the opportunity to act as a role model for WiB members and lead such an amazing organization that has given her so much during her college career.

Dasha Shterenberg
Co-President
Dasha Shterenberg is a junior Hospitality and Tourism Management major from Westwood, MA. Dasha joined WiB as a freshman and became heavily involved with the club. Her love of service grew through the community service committee and then she served as the community service director her sophomore year. Dasha currently works as a marketing manager at a sustainable start-up company, BusyCo. Dasha’s favorite part of WiB is how close she has become with all of the members. She feel beyond grateful to be a part of a community of such strong, powerful, and fierce women. Dasha loves lifestyle blogging on @days.with.dasha , baking, and going for walks.

Lara Pereira
Vice-President
Lara Pereira is a junior Marketing major with a minor in Political Science from Taunton, MA. Lara has been a part of WiB since her freshman year and since then has only grown. She has been the Blog Chair, part of the Marketing Committee, and blogged since freshman year. Her favorite part about WiB is how the community feeling never ends with one set of members, it is always growing. She loves how WiB gives all members regardless of year, gender, or major the opportunities to grow and become better people in the workplace and society as a whole! Outside of WiB, you might see Lara giving a tour on campus, hanging out at a new coffee shop, or going on a walk with a podcast playing. She is so excited for what this year will bring after a whole year of virtual learning and networking, and to see more smiles in person!

Abbie Stevenson
Secretary
Abbie Stevenson is a junior OIM major from Medway, Massachusetts. Abbie joined WiB her freshman year and instantly wanted to be more involved in such a welcoming community filled with amazing women. She was a part of the marketing committee as a freshman and sophomore and has now continued her involvement in the club this year becoming secretary and a peer mentor. Abbie's favorite part of WiB has been meeting such hardworking and empowering women she can now call her close friends. Outside of WiB, she loves to spend as much time with friends and family as possible while making time for working out and a healthy lifestyle. This past summer Abbie was a business data analytics intern for Simply Dental Management located in Hopkinton, Massachusetts. She can't wait to see what this year will bring!

Karly Etheridge
Treasurer
Karly Etheridge is a Sophomore Finance major from Bellmore, NY. Karly has been an active member of WiB since freshman year, in which she was a part of the Community Service Committee and participated in the peer mentorship program. Karly became Treasurer of WiB for the 2021-2022 school year and loves being a part of such a unified community of people who are all striving to reach their highest potential. In Karly’s free time she likes to play golf, go to the beach, go on walks, and spend time with friends and family. She is excited to see what is in store for this upcoming year and how she can get even more involved!

Julia Gleim
Co-Director of Professional Events
Julia is a senior OIM major from Raynham, MA. Julia joined WiB as a freshman looking to grow her professional skills and make new friends. Since joining she has served as the FTK team captain for 3 years and the Community Service Committee Co-Director for 2 years. This year Julia is serving as the Co-Director of Professional Events where she is planning meetings with companies as well as the spring field trip to Boston! One of Julia's favorite parts of WiB has been serving as a mentor through the peer mentorship program. On campus Julia is also a member of the National Executive board for Protect Our Breasts which is a nonprofit breast cancer prevention organization. Julia recently accepted a full time post-grad offer as a Technology Risk Consultant at EY. Outisde of work and school Julia loves working out, traveling, trying new foods and spending time with friends and family!

Gina Zarcone
Co-Director of Professional Events
Gina is a sophomore OIM major from Suffern, New York. This is her first time on E-Board and could not be happier to be a part of such a great organization! She was a part of the peer mentor program and marketing committee in her freshman year. Her favorite part of WIB is making connections with other women who are as empowered as she is. During her free time you'll probably catch her Baton Twirling. This past summer, she competed in the National Competition for UMASS! She cannot wait to create lifelong friendships, develop her professional skills, and expand her network.

Jenna Cox
Co-Fundraising Director
Jenna is a junior accounting major from Long Island, New York. She has been an active member of WiB since her freshman year when she was involved with the Community Service Committee. She continued her involvement with WiB her sophomore year in the position of Co-Fundraising Director, and she is excited to fill this role once again during her junior year. Outside of WiB, Jenna is a Teaching Assistant in Isenberg and is a member of Alpha Epsilon Phi sorority. She has happily accepted an internship offer with PwC in their tax department for this upcoming summer. Jenna can not wait for WiB to be back in person this semester, and hopes that all of the new members have an amazing experience this year!

Nikki Fantoni
Co-Fundraising Director
Nikki Fantoni is a junior OIM major from Marion, MA. She is also pursuing a minor in environmental science. Nikki joined WiB her freshman year and will continue throughout her years at UMass. Nikki joined WiB to become a part of a group that spreads inclusivity, promotes women leadership, and values giving back to the community. This is Nikki’s second year on the e-board as Co-Fundraising Director and is excited to hold in person Fundraisers for WIB.
This summer Nikki interned at a startup called Disclosed and served at Gurney's Newport Resort and Marina. In her free time, Nikki enjoys going to the beach, hot yoga, and eating out with friends.

Hannah Dugan
Lead Director of Community Service
Hannah Dugan is a junior from Shrewsbury, MA. She is pursuing a major in Accounting and a minor in Spanish. Women in Business was Hannah’s favorite club as a freshman because she learned how to take advantage of all the great opportunities Isenberg has to offer and made long-lasting friendships.
Some of Hannah’s favorite WiB involvements were the Peer Mentorship Program where she was a mentee freshman year and a mentor sophomore year and the Community Service Committee. She is so excited to be on e-board this year as the Lead Director of Community Service and volunteer throughout Amherst with WiB members. In addition to WiB, Hannah is on the e-board for Beta Alpha Psi, the accounting fraternity at UMass, and is a Teaching Assistant at Isenberg. Hannah will be interning with Deloitte as an audit intern next summer. Outside of school and work, Hannah loves to cook, shop, and spend time with her friends around Amherst.

Kylie Tryder
Co-Director of Community Service
Kylie Tryder is a junior marketing major from Mansfield, MA. Kylie has been apart of WiB since her sophomore year and since then, has taken part in the peer mentorship program and the marketing committee, where she was apart of the social media sub-committee. Her favorite part about WiB is the connections it brings you. Not only networking connections with notable speakers, but also strong friendships with the other members. WiB allows you to feel connected to other women who are passionate about empowering others. She always loves the feeling after leaving a meeting feeling like she can take on the world. Kylie loves spending time with friends and family, skiing, traveling, and laughing. Kylie could not be more excited to take on her first role in WiB as Co-Director of Community Service and give back to the community here at UMass that has given so much to her.

Mariah Belletti
Co-Director of Community Service
Mariah is a junior accounting major from Webster, MA. Mariah has been involved in WiB since freshman year where she instantly felt a sense of community and empowerment with the organization. Through WiB, Mariah has been able to give back to her community, empower other women to succeed, and build lifelong relationships and skills that will transcend far beyond her time at UMass. She is excited to be a peer mentor this year for WiB and to continue learning and growing with the organization. In addition to being involved in WiB, she is the President-elect and peer mentor for Beta Alpha Psi and an Accounting 221 Teaching Assistant. Mariah is a big foodie and loves to go to good coffee shops, bakeries, ice cream shops, and cool restaurants. She also likes to watch the sunset, go to the beach, read books (hooked on Colleen Hoover thanks to BookTok!!), and hang out with friends and family.

Amaya Chinai
Co-Director of Social Events
Amaya is a senior, Managerial Econ, IT Minor from India. She joined WIB her sophomore year to engage more in the business community. Being part of a smaller circle of goal oriented women helped to bridge the gap into making Umass home her her. She loves planning social events for the club and aims to bring together all our members to form and build meaningful connections in person. Amaya also serves as the president of the Resource Economics Society and aims to work in the Fintech industry post graduation. Her interests outside the classroom and business realm involve Formula 1, traveling and drinking tea.

Tess Leonard
Co-Director of Social Events
Tess Leonard is a sophomore OIM major from Hingham, MA. Tess has been a part of WiB since her freshman year, participating in the peer mentorship program as both a mentee and a mentor. Eager to become more involved, Tess ran for E-Board and now holds the position of co-director of Social Events where she is thrilled to plan and hold fun events to get everyone socializing again! Her favorite part about WiB is having a community of passionate and supportive people on campus to create bonds with through relevant topics and activities. In her free time, Tess enjoys running, going to the beach, listening to music, and spending time with friends and family. Tess is so excited to continue her leadership journey while making connections, building her professional skills, and encouraging others to take advantage of WiB!

Meghan Smith
Co-Director of Social Events
Meghan Smith is a Junior Marketing Major from Needham, MA. She has been a part of WiB since her Freshman year where she has been a part of the marketing committee, and gone on many fun social events where she has met so many great people! This is her first year on EBoard, and she cannot wait to plan more fun social events for the general body. Meghan’s favorite part about WiB has been creating lasting friendships, and building a strong community within UMass. In her free time, she loves to travel, go on hikes, cook and bake, hammock by the campus pond, and spend time with friends and family.

Kelly Davis
Director of Peer Mentorship
Kelly is a senior Operations & Information Management major from West Springfield, MA. She joined WiB her freshmen year and loved how empowering and inspiring it was, leading her to become an active member. Sophomore year, Kelly served as the Co-Fundraising Director and then moved to the Director of Peer Mentorship for her Junior year, a role which she is continuing for her Senior year. This past summer, Kelly interned virtually for Raytheon Technologies at Pratt & Whitney and has accepted a full-time position with them starting in Summer 2022. In her free time, Kelly loves to paint, read, kayak, take her dogs on a hike or to the park, and spend time with family and friends. She is so thrilled to be running the Peer Mentorship Program as she is passionate about bringing WiB members closer together and connecting our large community. The opportunity to serve on E-Board has been her favorite thing about UMass. She has gained lifelong friendships, learned and experienced a lot of amazing things personally and professionally, and has been able to make a difference for members in the club.

Alexa Wilcox
Co-Director of Campus Outreach
Alexa Wilcox is a Senior Marketing and Psychology major with a Spanish minor from Framingham, MA. She joined WiB in freshman year and acted as Secretary her sophomore year, Co-Social Events Director her junior year, and now Co-Campus Outreach Director! In fact, Women in Business was what made her decide to attend UMass. She worked as a Marketing Strategist for Rise Marketing Group over the summer and did digital advertising for small businesses!
Outside of WiB, you can find Alexa cooking up something good in the kitchen. She is super passionate about food, especially when it comes to cooking for her friends! Catch her whipping up raspberry jam-stuffed French toast for brunch or homemade mac n cheese with spinach and pancetta for dinner. Overall, Women in Business has been the highlight of Alexa’s UMass career and she could not ask for a more passionate, strong, fun group of women to be around.

Jenna Macone
Co-Director of Campus Outreach
Jenna Macone is a junior Finance and Legal Studies double major in the Commonwealth Honors College from Sterling, MA. She joined WiB in the fall of her freshman year and immediately fell in love with the community, various meeting topics and opportunities for personal and professional growth. Freshman year, she was part of the Community Service Committee and the Peer Mentorship program. Jenna joined E-Board as a sophomore as a Co-Director of Social Events and took on the new position of Co-Director of Campus Outreach as a junior. Over the summer, Jenna was an intern with the Middlesex District Attorney's Office where she worked on cases in the Lowell District Court. On campus, Jenna is also an Events Coordinator for the Pre-Law Club and the Networking Chair for her sorority, Sigma Delta Tau. In her free time, she loves to play with her cat Winston and try out new restaurants with her friends.

Caroline Tierney
Blog Chair
Caroline is a sophomore Finance major, thinking of pursuing the business analytics certificate from Westford, MA. She joined WiB in the Fall of 2020 as a general body member, joined the marketing committee, wrote blogs for the website, and made more connections through the peer mentorship program! She now holds the Blog Chair position for 2021-2022. Despite the club meeting virtually for her first year, Caroline got a great sense of what this club is all about. She can't wait to see where all of the amazing WiB opportunities and connections take her in the future. Caroline has worked at an organic mushroom farm since eighth grade and this past summer worked as their social media and e-commerce director. She learned so much about social media marketing, and increasing online sales through social media advertising. Caroline enjoys spending her summers on the Jersey Shore, loves hiking, exploring new places, and trying new foods! She is looking forward to a hopeful sophomore year.

Emily Harding
Director of Marketing
Emily Harding is a junior from Holden, MA. She is a marketing major, IT minor and also a member of the Honors College. During her freshman year, she joined WiB and instantly fell in love with the community and all the opportunities the club has to offer! She joined E-Board her sophomore year as the Social Media Chair & Historian, and is so excited to be this year’s Marketing Director. Outside of WiB, Emily is a Social Media Assistant for the University’s Office of News and Relations, and a TA in Isenberg. This past summer she interned at Hanover Insurance as a strategic marketing intern, and works in the winters at Wachusett Mountain’s ski shop. Emily loves to be outdoors, play the guitar, and spend time with her friends and family.

Claire Knott
Social Media Chair
Claire is a junior marketing major from Beverly, MA. She joined WiB her sophomore year virtually as member of the marketing committee and peer mentorship program. She loved the sense of community WiB provided and knew she wanted to get more involved. Over the summer, Claire was a paraprofessional at a summer camp for special education preschoolers. In her free time, Claire loves to spend time with friends and family, read, spin, and scroll Tik Tok. She is so excited to take on the role of Social Media Chair to create content, build friendships, network, and develop her skills.

Laura Balinski
Recruitment Chair
Laura Balinski is a junior marketing major and psychology minor from Wayne, NJ. Laura has been part of WiB since her freshmen year and has taken part in the marketing committee and peer mentorship program. This is her first E-Board position as Recruitment Chair and she is beyond excited to be apart of such an amazing team of empowering women. She is so thrilled for the year to be filled with inspiring meetings, and fun social events. Laura is currently applying to Summer 2022 internships but she is currently a Tour Guide for UMass Amherst and a TA for Marketing 301. Laura loves to exercise, cook, read, ski, and spend time with friends, family, and of course her dog Stella.

Rachael Doyle
Historian
Rachael Doyle is a sophomore marketing major from Dracut, MA. In her free time she enjoys shopping, watching reality TV, and her espresso machine. While being the historian has been her first position on the executive board she has been an involved member of the marketing committee since her freshman year, posting on the social media and the blog. Her favorite part about WiB is being able to work with such a passionate and supportive group of women who inspire her to work harder every day.
