Elise is a senior marketing major from Andover, MA. She has been in WiB since the first week of freshman year and is excited to now be a Co-President! Outside of WiB, Elise is on the UMass Ski Team while also being a tour guide and a part of the Minutemen Marketing Group. This past summer she was a marketing intern at Dimensional Fund Advisors in Austin, TX and will be returning when she graduates. With her free time, she loves music, crafts, and spending time outside.

Ella is a Senior Marketing Major from Brimfield Ma. She has been involved in WIB since she transferred to UMass her sophomore year and was our historian before becoming a co-president this year! On campus she is also a Lead Isenberg Ambassador and UMass Athletics Content Intern. She loves the performing arts and directs an award winning middle school showchoir! Outside of school Ella enjoys photography, dance, and spending quality time with her friends.

Libby is a junior double-majoring in Operations & Information Management and Hospitality & Tourism Management, from Mendon, MA. Being a part of WiB has been one of the most memorable experiences during her time at UMass. Libby has been a part of WiB her 3 years at UMass, serving as Social Media Chair last year, and Vice President this year. WiB has been such a special part of her time at Isenberg, and she is grateful for the opportunities she has been given already. Her favorite WiB event so far has been the Golf Event with Dean Anne Massey. Around campus, Libby is a vendor at the UMass Farmers Market and works as a cashier at Yum! Bakery in Blue Wall. In her free time, she loves to bake, shop, go to the gym, get caramel iced chai lattes from the Procrastination Station, and spend time with friends. She loves the WiB community and the relationships this club has brought her!

Stephanie is a sophomore Marketing major from Bedford MA & Haverhill MA. She joined WIB her Freshman year, and immediately fell in love! She now takes great pride in serving as the clubs Secretary, and also finds lots of interest in the Marketing Committee! She takes honor to work as an intern with Isenberg's Social Media Team, as well as an employee of a Southwest Residential Service Desk. In her free time, you would find Stephanie testing out a new coffee shop, participating in a workout class, browsing her favorite stores at the mall, or simply reading in bed with a face mask on! She hopes to inspire young women to expand out of their comfort zone in college; to try new things, meet new people, & create the best version of yourself!

Gretchen is a junior Finance and Hospitality and Tourism Management major from Belmont, MA. Last year, Gretchen served as the treasurer and is so excited to be back on the E-Board serving as Finance Director. She has loved being a part of the E-Board and she hopes that WiB can help others find the strong community that she found! Around campus, Gretchen also works as a member services assistant at the recreation center. In her free time, Gretchen loves to spend time with friends, try new workout classes, ski, travel, and go for a run or walk. She is so excited to be leading the Finance Committee this year and can't wait for a great year ahead!

Kaydee Rouse is a sophomore Finance major from Lynn, MA. Kaydee has been a member of WiB since the beginning of Freshman year, and is now on the E-Board for the first time as WiB's Treasurer. She was a mentee her freshman year, and is excited to be part of the Mentorship Program this year as a Mentor. She believes Women in Business is one of the best opportunities in Isenberg to meet great friends and get involved. Outside of WiB she works as a lifeguard at the UMass Rec Center and is pursuing her Real Estate Certificate through Isenberg. In her free time Kaydee enjoys hiking, traveling, and making new friends.

Anika is a junior Finance major who is pursuing the AI in Business certificate from Shirley, MA. She has been a member of WiB since her freshman year and has been involved ever since. Last year she served on E-Board as Blog Chair and this year she serves as Co-Fundraising Chair! This summer she was a Category Management intern for the Operational Services Division for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. In her free time, Anika enjoys long walks, sunsets, and spending time with friends.

Kailey Sullivan is a junior Finance and Hospitality Double Major here at Isenberg. Kailey is an Isenberg Ambassador, member of Delta Sigma Pi, Vice President of Finance for her sorority, Sigma Kappa, along with being a three year member of Women in Business serving as the Co-Director of Fundraising for a second year in a row for the club. In her free time, Kailey loves hanging out with her friends and family!

Gilly is a sophomore at the University of Massachusetts Amherst’s Isenberg School of Management, majoring in Finance with a minor in English. She is actively involved in Isenberg Women in Business, where she serves as a Fundraising Chair on the 2026–2027 Executive Board. Gilly is passionate about business, leadership, and professional development. Outside of academics and WIB, she loves listening to music, going to the gym, shopping, and spending time with friends and family.

Sydney is a junior Hospitality and Tourism Management student from Holden, MA. She has been a member of Women in Business since her freshman year and is incredibly grateful to be part of a community of such strong and empowered women. Last year, Sydney served as a Co-Director of Social Events, and she is excited to continue her involvement this year as a Co-Director of Community Service. This past summer, Sydney worked as a Human Resources Intern at the TJX Companies, supporting the Loss Prevention and Store Operations team. On campus, Sydney teaches Pilates, barre, and cycle classes at the UMass Recreation Center. When she’s not teaching, Sydney works at the Recreation Center’s front desk and serves as a Teaching Assistant for the Group Fitness Prep Course. Additionally, Sydney serves as Co-Vice President of the HTM Ambassador Program, where she promotes and represents the Hospitality and Tourism Management program to prospective and incoming UMass Amherst students. She is also an active member of the American Hotel and Lodging Association and UMass Amherst Best Buddies. She is so excited to begin her second year on the Women in Business E-Board and looks forward to making an impact alongside this incredible team!

Ava is a junior Operations and Information Management major from Plymouth, MA. This is her second year serving on the WiB E-Board, previously holding the position of Co-Director of Peer Mentorship. She is excited to help grow the community service committee this year and help create make an impact on the UMass Community. Outside of WiB, Ava is a part of the Integrated Concentration in STEM (iCons) certificate program where her focus is Biomedicine/Biosystems. Additionally, she interned at Labcorp this summer on the Genetic Women's Health Sales Team as a Sales Operations Intern, which she is continuing to work at part-time during the school year. In her free time, Ava enjoys hiking, going on walks with her dog, thrifting, and exploring new places with her friends!

Lavinia is a senior Marketing and HTM major from Central, NY. She has been in WiB since freshman year and has grown fonder of the club every year. She is thrilled to be a Co-Marketing Director. Outside of WiB, she is also a part of AHLA, where she is the meeting coordinator, an HTM ambassador, an office assistant at the Learning Resource Center, and a teaching assistant for Marketing 301 and Transitions 191T. In her free time, she loves reading, going on hikes, and hanging out with her friends.

Rebecca is a junior Marketing major from Glocester, Rhode Island. She’s a creative person who loves to golf, cook and try new food, thrift, and do spontaneous solo trips. Rebecca has held four marketing internships, at an engineering firm, a radio station, an event venue, and doing social media for restaurants so she’s tried many different sides of the field. She’s super outgoing and down for trying anything.

Noalani Perez is a junior studying Marketing and Journalism on the Public Relations track. She serves as one of the MarCom Co-Directors for WiB and is the Philanthropy Chair for Chi Omega, where she coordinates charitable initiatives for the Make-A-Wish Foundation. In addition to working at the John Adams Service Desk on campus, Noalani loves crafting and staying active.

Martina is a sophomore Honors Marketing major from Harwich, MA. She is also pursuing the Business Analytics and Korean Language certificates! She has been in WiB since her first semester of freshman year and loved being in MarComm, so she is super excited to now be Social Media Chair! Outside of WiB, Martina is a Communications Assistant for the Commonwealth Honors College and the Co-Director of PR for Minutemen Marketing Group. In her free time, she loves thrifting, trying new restaurants, listening to music, and bouldering.

Sarah is a sophomore OIM & Statistics and Data Science double major from Brookline, MA. Sarah has been a member of WiB since her freshman year, and is so excited to serve on the E-Board with such an amazing group of women! Outside of WiB, she’s also involved in the Isenberg Undergraduate Consulting Group (IUCG) and is a campus ambassador for Management Consulted. Over the summer, Sarah worked as a consultant intern at the Massachusetts Small Business Development Center. In her free time, she loves to spend time with friends, go to Barre classes, drink iced Chai, and sew!

Ayla is a senior Operations & Information Management major. She serves as Co-Analytics Chair for Isenberg Women in Business, Vice President of the OIM Club, is an Isenberg Advising Peer, and a Teaching Assistant for Freshmen Transitions and Sch-Mgmt 200. Outside of academics and campus involvement, Ayla enjoys traveling, spin classes, trying new restaurants and coffee shops, spending time with friends and family, and keeping up with UMass sports.

Maddie is a sophomore marketing major from Saratoga Springs, New York. She has been a member of Women in Business since her first semester of freshman year, and she immediately fell in love with the kind and supportive community. WiB provides so many connections and opportunities, and she is so excited to be on the E-Board this year! This past summer, she spent her time working at the National Museum of Racing in Saratoga. This was her fourth summer working at the museum, and it helped her to continue strengthening her customer service and people skills. Outside of school and work, Maddie enjoys listening to music, playing guitar, being outside, and spending time with her friends.

Victoria is a Junior from Shrewsbury, MA. She is a Managerial Economics & Communication Double Major with a Business Minor. Victoria has been in WiB since freshman year, and served as co recruitment and comms director last year! Her favorite WiB memory is the golf event and running the podcast and getting to chat with the guest speakers. Over the summer, Victoria returned to her second summer as a Business Associate Intern for UMass President’s Office Administration & Finance. One of Victoria’s favorite parts about UMass is attending workout classes at the rec, especially barre! Victoria is studying abroad in Florence in the spring, and is so excited to explore the city and travel around Europe!

Christina is a Junior Hospitality Tourism Management and Marketing double major. She has been a gymnastics coach in her hometown of Acton, Massachusetts, for over six years, where she has developed strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills. Christina is passionate about campus involvement and aside from being Co-Chair of Recruitment and Communications she also works for Isenberg as an Ambassador, giving tours to prospective and admitted students. Outside of academics, Christina is an avid traveler and has visited 22 countries with her family, and also loves spending time outdoors, cooking, listening to music, and playing the guitar. Above all, she values quality time with the people who matter most to her and seeks to bring that same sense of community and connection to everything she does.

Anya Voehl is a junior from Milton, MA, double majoring in Hospitality and Tourism Management and Psychology. This is her third year in Women in Business, and she has loved being part of such a welcoming and supportive community! Last year, she served as Co-Director of Peer Mentorship, which gave her the opportunity to get to know more members and help them build connections within the club. Her favorite WIB event was the etiquette dinner, and she looks forward to making more memories with everyone this year!
Outside of WIB, Anya is involved in the American Hotel & Lodging Association and works as a cashier at YUM! Bakery on campus. n her free time, she loves cooking and trying new recipes, reading a good book, grabbing an iced coffee, and spending time with her friends and roommates.

Olivia is a sophomore double majoring in Management and Hospitality & Tourism Management! She is from Douglas, MA and has been involved in WiB since the start of her freshman year. She fell in love with WiB’s welcoming community and couldn’t be more excited to serve on E-Board this year! Olivia has been involved in the hospitality industry for the past three years and is excited to continue growing her career within the industry. Outside of academics, she enjoys staying active, spending time with family and friends, and soccer!

Scarlett is a Psychology major pursuing a minor in Business from South Kingstown, Rhode Island. After joining WiB her freshman year, she quickly fell in love with its empowering and supportive community. This year, she is excited to return to E-Board as a Social Events Director and help bring the WiB community even closer! Over the summer, Scarlett interned at Hasbro Children’s Hospital in the Child Life Specialty and Healing Arts Department. She also returned for her fifth season at The Nordic as a server and worked at another local restaurant. Outside of WiB, Scarlett participates in the Boltwood Project, a service-learning project where she works weekly with students at Berkshire Hills Music Academy, and is returning for her second year as a Research Assistant in the Somneuro Lab, researching the neuroscience of sleep! She is also a member of UMass Ski & Board and UMass NeuroArt. In her free time, Scarlett enjoys running, hiking, traveling, listening to music, making scrapbook collages, and spending time with friends and family. She absolutely loves the ocean and can usually be found at the Beach whenever she’s home!

Bella is a sophomore Finance major from Peabody, MA. Alongside her major, she is pursuing a Real Estate Certificate. Bella has been an active member of WIB since her freshman year, and her favorite part of WIB is the relationships it has helped her create. After seeing how amazing WIB was run in her first year, she is so honored to be a part of E-Board and help create fun memories for everyone! Outside of WIB, Bella is an intern on Isenberg’s Social Media Team, where she creates and publishes content across all Isenberg social platforms. When she’s back home, Bella coaches young gymnasts and cheerleaders in tumbling. These sports she grew up doing and has loved ever since. In her free time, she loves to shop, go to the gym, spend time with her little cousins, and try new ice cream shops with friends. Bella is so excited to be on E-Board with all the other wonderful women this year!

Mihika is a Junior Marketing and Managerial Economics major from Southborough, MA. She has been a member of Women in Business since her freshman year, and quickly fell in love with the kind and energetic community. She previously served as co- DEI director and absolutely loved being a part of such a fun and passionate E-Board. Being part of WIB has already opened the door to so many amazing opportunities, connections, friendships and she is thrilled to be serving as peer mentorship co-director! Over the summer, Mihika co-started a social-impact venture that interviews women from around the world, turns their stories into original paintings, and sells the artwork to raise money for women-focused nonprofits. She also worked at a gymnastics summer camp, where she has worked for the past 4 years. On campus, Mihika is a member of the professional business fraternity Delta Sigma Pi, and is also a member of the Minuteman Marketing Group. Mihika also works as an Isenberg Ambassador, giving tours to prospective students and families! Outside of Isenberg she adventures out with the Ski and Board Club and plays intramural soccer with her friends. In her free time Mihika enjoys traveling, hiking, running, painting and doing anything active and outdoors! She loves exploring new places while trying new foods and activities with her family and friends. 

Katelyn is a sophomore Accounting major from Hudson, MA. She has been a member of WiB since the beginning of her freshman year and has loved being part of such a welcoming and supportive community. After participating in the peer mentorship program during her freshman year, she is excited to be a Co-Director of Peer Mentorship this year, and help create the same positive experience for others! Katelyn is also a member of Alliance for Women in Accounting. Outside of WiB, she loves spending time with her family and friends, traveling, reading, and listening to music. She is so excited to be a Co-Director of Peer Mentorship and is looking forward to a great year ahead!

Mairead is a sophomore Accounting major from Norwood, MA. She has been a member of WiB since her freshman year and loved the Peer Mentorship Program, which is why she is so excited to serve as Co-Director of Peer Mentorship this year! Mairead’s favorite WiB memory is the Golf Event from last spring. For the past two summers, Mairead has worked at an accounting firm in Newton, MA, in their Document Management Department. Outside of WiB, Mairead loves taking spin and barre classes at the Rec, reading mystery/thriller novels, going to concerts, and attempting to perfect her brown butter chocolate chip cookie recipe. Mairead is so grateful to work alongside such an amazing group of empowered women and can’t wait to see what this year has in store!

Kayla is a sophomore Hospitality & Tourism Management major from Bridgewater, MA. She has been a proud member of WIB since her freshman year and has loved being part of such a supportive and empowering community of women. She is grateful for the opportunity to serve on the E-Board as the Co-Director of Professional Events, where she helps create opportunities for members to connect, grow, and build their professional networks. Outside of WIB, Kayla is the Co-Founder and President of the first ever Food & Beverage chapter at UMass. She also serves as a Social Media Co-Chair for HTM Ambassadors, where she helps promote the Hospitality & Tourism Management department and manages its social media presence. Outside of academics, Kayla has always had a passion for dance. She is a member of the UMass Dance Company, which performs at the end of each semester. She is so excited to start her first year on WIB E-board and can't wait to work with an incredible team of people!

Emma is a sophomore Accounting major from Sutton, MA. Outside of WIB, Emma is a part of the Planning Committee for the Women of Isenberg Conference and works on campus at the John Adam’s Residential Service Desk. In her free time, she enjoys being outside, whether that be hiking, kayaking, or going for a walk around campus. Emma also went to a technical high school where she studied Culinary Arts for four years, so she has a continued passion for cooking and baking. Over the summer, Emma interned at a local community bank and traveled to Washington State, Montreal, and New Hampshire. Emma is so excited to start her first year on the WIB EBoard!

Tienna is a sophomore majoring in Operations & Information Management from Braintree, MA. She is graduating a year early and has plans on pursuing her masters in Business Analytics with a 3+1 at Isenberg. Over the summer, Tienna had a remote operations internship with a small marketing company. Additionally, she worked as a server at a local restaurant and at the front desk of a spa. Last year, she was the most active WiB member because she found such an amazing community full of uplifting women and wonderful opportunities, and she is incredibly grateful. This is her first year on E-Board and she is looking forward to making WiB a more inclusive organization and expanding its outreach. On campus, she is also a member of OIM Club. In her free time, Tienna enjoys going to the gym, eating out, reading fantasy, mystery, and romance, binging TV shows, and spending time with her family and friends!
